Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
  • Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and completed

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction industry, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary at $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
